If you would like to return an item, you can do it by mail.

Returns are accepted within 30 days with the presence of original receipt at the price that the item was bought
The cost of shipping for returns, has to be made by the customer
We recommend returning the product in the same shipping carton that you received it.
Please include a copy of the original receipt in the carton and address the return package to:

The price of the returned item will be refunded back to the credit card or Pay Pal account used for the transaction as soon as your return is processed
Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.
No returns can be accepted on the following products that are not sealed: mascaras, nail polishes, eye liners, lip & eye pencils.
